Cafe Blue offers a celebration of coastal cuisines from around the world. Our Oyster Bar features a selection of the freshest oysters available, as well as Shrimp Cocktail and Atlantic Snow Crab Claws. Fresh seafood selections feature the Redfish Louisiane, Crab Stuffed Flounder and Brown Sugar Cedar Planked Salmon. Other popular entree choices include the Steak Oscar, “Jamaican Me Crazy” Jerk Chicken, and Dirty Drunken Smoked Beef Tenderloin.
To complement our menu, we feature an extensive wine list, over 30 of which are available by the glass. Our bar highlights a number of Caribbean-inspired cocktails including the Pusser’s Painkiller, handmade Mojitos, the Paloma and a variety of fresh lime juice Margaritas.
