DEVELOPER AND HOMES

Brookfield Residential Properties is both the developer and builder at Kissing Tree. With a commitment to passion, quality, integrity, and community, Brookfield Residential has been designing master planned communities and building homes of distinction since 1958.

Kissing Tree offers three home styles, so there is something to fit everyone’s unique needs and wants.

Traditional homes start in the mid $200s and are one- and two-story single family homes. There are ten available floor plans, 2- to 4-bedroom. There are 7 traditional model homes open for tours.

Villas are located in a neighborhood called The Strand and start in the low $200s. These paired 1- and 2-story homes are considered low-maintenance as lawn care is included. There are currently four Villa floor plans, 1- to 3-bedroom. Buyers can tour 4 model Villas.

Cottages are situated around the 18th hole of the Kissing Tree Golf Course in an area called The Fairway. All Cottages, which start in the high $200s, are single-story patio homes and are, like Villas, low maintenance. There are five Cottage floor plans, 2- to 3-bedroom. Upon completion, the community will be home to over 6,000 Active Adults. So, one could say that a new home at Kissing Tree come with built-in friends! Five Cottage model homes are open to homebuyers.
