The Cigar Room is a cozy oasis conveniently located in the heart of Lakeway, a beautiful town just outside Austin. Patrons of The Cigar Room can enjoy more than 55 varieties of ultra-premium cigars from Nicaragua, Honduras, Dominica Republic and Cuba, as well as cigar accessories such as cutters, lighters, humidors and travel humidors. The Cigar Room also offers hookahs and hookah rentals. It is the only cigar lounge that is open to the general public and allows patrons to smoke inside.

“Cigar smoking is a lifestyle that is embraced and enjoyed by all walks of life,” said owner Alex Torres. “My mission is to bring service, character and integrity back to the cigar industry.”

Torres and his family have been in the cigar business for more than 50 years. As a tribute to his family, Torres named his Signature Series cigars after his son and daughter, “Don Nicolas” and “Dona Nathalie.”

“We are proud to offer the largest selection of premium cigars and fine spirits west of the Colorado right here in Central Texas,” Torres said.

The Cigar Room also offers Locker Memberships. Locker members receive a free bundle of Torres Cigars, worth up to $250. Members also enjoy benefits such as 15 percent off all regularly-priced merchandise, 20 percent off all regularly-priced cigar boxes, and a free personal locker in the well-maintained humidor.

The right drink can take a cigar to the next level when paired correctly. That’s why The Cigar Room bar and lounge offers a wide variety of the finest liquors, beers and wines, as well as more than 120 varieties of ultra-premium scotch, whiskey, bourbon, cognac, tequilas and vodkas.

The Cigar Room is located at 1310 RR 620 South, Ste. A-12, in Lakeway. It is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to midnight; Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight; and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.
