A familiar name in Austin medicine just opened in Steiner Ranch with both same day and next day appointments readily available. They offer allergy, family practice, dermatology, podiatry, neurology, rheumatology, ENT and pediatric doctors. The Austin Diagnostic Clinic has multi-specialties and provides compassionate care and exceptional service. Most Google maps will not get you to the new location so make sure you are headed to the Quinlan Crossing shopping center off of RM 620. They are in Building One.
Austin Regional Clinic-Wilson Parke
ARC Wilson Parke offers family, pediatric and on-site lab and radiology services. They have same day appointments and an all night phone nurse to answer urgent questions. They offer many services from simple flu shots, women’s wellness exams, sports exams and all family and internal medicine. They accept most major medical insurance and have innovative records systems to help you gain quick access to your records. Bee Cave Urgent Care
This center is for minor emergency care of both children and adults. No appointment is needed and they are open every day from 9am until 9pm. They have full x-ray and laboratory capabilities and are able to treat minor traumas and acute illness in their Certified Urgent Care facility. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center of Lakeway
Formerly the Lakeway Regional Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center is a relatively new full-service hospital with board certified physicians and a staff equipped to handle everything from emergencies, outpatient procedures, labor/delivery, and minor wound care. The medical center boasts an impressive ranking of being in the top 10% of hospitals nationwide. They have an onsite Heart Institute, six extra large birthing suites, a level 2 neonatal intensive care unit and all 106 rooms are private for a home like atmosphere while patients recover. St. David’s Emergency Center
St. David’s Emergency Center in Bee Cave is a full-service emergency department located across from Bee Cave City Hall in The Hill Country Galleria shopping center. They do not have the ability to admit patients full time but will move all full time care needs to the St. David’s South Austin Medical Center. The SDEC operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and features 12 multipurpose exam rooms; a CT scanner; a diagnostic radiology machine; ultrasound, and its own stat lab for on-site immediate results. They are able to treat with board certified physicians and nurses all urgent and emergent medical conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, head and spine injuries, respiratory distress, abdominal pain, dehydration, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries and lacerations that require sutures.
