Hudson Bend Middle School LogoThe curriculum at the recently-expanded and renovated Hudson Bend Middle School campus is designed around the core academic classes of mathematics, science, language arts, and social studies. Students may select academic or Pre-AP classes. The elective curriculum offers a broad array of courses including athletics, health, physical education, dance, art, choir, theater arts, band, orchestra, yearbook, Gifted and Talented/Discovery and several different technology classes.  Students may also choose to take Spanish, Gateway to Technology, and Teen Leadership for high school credit.

Students at all grade levels have the opportunity to participate in UIL academic competition, Student Council, National Junior Honor Society, and other faculty-sponsored clubs. UIL athletics is offered in Grades 7 and 8.  Student may compete in football, cross country, volleyball, basketball, track and field, tennis, and golf.  The school is located at 15600 Lariat Trail in Austin, 78734.

School start/end times: 8:45am – 3:55pm
