The Oaks at Lakeway is a new mixed use development. It acts as the town center for the community of Lakeway. It is located at the intersection of Ranch Road 620 South and Main Street.  A high-end HEB Grocery Store anchors the development, along with a large family entertainment center, High 5.

The Oaks includes 175,000 square feet of entertainment, dining and shop space. Planned according to U.S. Green Building Council LEED guidelines, this recently opened project offers a variety of new services, entertainment, and amenities to the Lake Travis area.
